Registered Physiotherapist
M.Sc.(PT), B.Sc.(Kin)
I have more than a decade of clinical experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. Upon graduating from the B.Sc. Kinesiology program, serendipity led her to Dr. Stuart McGill where I had the pleasure of working in his spine biomechanics research lab. After being humbled by debilitating low back and leg pain - and the good fortune to be coached through it by a world-renowned low back disorders expert - physiotherapy seemed the best way to coach others through their own injuries.

An M.Sc. Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto followed. I have worked in orthopedics since 2009, empowering people to manage their injuries and embrace movement.

Movement, Mulligan (i.e. customized movement guidance) and McKenzie (i.e. how can you fix it yourself) philosophies make up my foundation. I use an evolving range of "tools" beyond those including spinal manipulation, myofascial work, taping, cupping, shockwave, and acupuncture.
